Q: When should I arrive?
A: At least by 7:00 AM so you can register, settle in, and be familiar with who the buyers are.
Q: How many buyers will be there on the day of the event?
A: We expect 75 serious buyers seeking to meet you.
Q: How long are the one-to-one meetings?
A: 12 minutes with a 3 minute break.
You will be surprised how even 12 minutes can be enough time to
stimulate desire of your product/service and get an informal agreement on next course of action
Q: Should I bring my product samples to show buyers?
A: Yes, as long as you can carry them around with you during the day from table to table as we do not have storage at the venue.
Q: How many other suppliers from my sector will be attending?
A: We expect 250 - 300 trade and business visitors from most targeted industries. Visitors will be coming from all over Arkansas and the Southern region.
Q: How will suppliers be matched with the buyers?
A: Suppliers and buyers will be “matched” by a team of procurement experts including SBA, ASBTDC, and APAC. We will use a website dedicated to suppliers interests in terms of which company(ies) they are most matched with.
